Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Add the Concierge Agent to your existing website. If you need a website, you can build with Concierge Pages.
What information does Concierge use?
Concierge uses learned website content and the business knowledge you review. You can edit its facts, set boundaries and decide when it should offer a handoff.
What happens when it cannot answer?
You can configure Concierge to capture the question and contact details, then route the conversation to your team. A handoff request does not mean a person is immediately available.
Which actions and integrations are available?
Use configured enquiry forms, human handoff, promotions and video. Provider availability and setup vary. Check the current integration directory before choosing a connection.
What does setup involve?
Preview your website, review what Concierge understands, configure the Agent and your team’s destinations, then test the visitor experience before launch. Setup help is available.
What is included in the free plan?
Try the Agent within the free plan’s monthly AI request allowance. See current plan details for AI request allowances and included features.
