Start with one reliable destination, send a test, and add more destinations only when the team needs them.

Routing

  • Connect where important visitor requests should go.
  • Use email for simple owner notifications.
  • Use Slack for team alerts.
  • Use Taskologic when follow-up should become owned work.
  • Use SMS for urgent moments that need fast attention.

Recent Messages

Recent Messages shows visitor requests, unread state, conversation details, handoff status, and reply actions.

Delivery History

Delivery History shows whether test and live alerts were sent or failed, so you can spot destination problems quickly.

Daily use

  1. Open Recent Messages to see what needs attention.
  2. Expand a thread when you need context.
  3. Join or reply when a visitor needs a person.
  4. Check Delivery History when a destination does not receive an alert.
