Billing shows the plan, usage, payment details, invoices, and plan changes for the account.
Billing is account-level. A plan can cover more than one Concierge site depending on the plan.
What Billing shows
- Current plan and renewal details.
- Usage for sites, messages, and voice minutes.
- Billing email and payment status.
- Recent invoices.
- Available plan changes.
Change plans
Use the plan cards to choose a new plan. Concierge will guide you through checkout or billing management when a payment step is needed.

Use Manage billing to update card details, billing information, and invoices.
