Voice Concierge
Voice Concierge lets visitors use a spoken Concierge experience when voice is enabled for the site.
Voice is off until it is enabled in Site Settings.
Turn voice on
- Open Site Settings.
- Go to Voice.
- Turn on spoken Concierge.
- Save the settings.
Set the voice details
- Choose the voice and tone.
- Write the greeting visitors hear first.
- Add a short preview line.
- Set topics Concierge should handle or avoid.
Choose the handoff path
Pick where voice requests should go when a visitor needs a person. This can be email, SMS, Slack, Taskologic, or another connected destination.
