Voice Concierge

Voice Concierge lets visitors use a spoken Concierge experience when voice is enabled for the site.

Voice is off until it is enabled in Site Settings.

Turn voice on

  1. Open Site Settings.
  2. Go to Voice.
  3. Turn on spoken Concierge.
  4. Save the settings.

Set the voice details

  • Choose the voice and tone.
  • Write the greeting visitors hear first.
  • Add a short preview line.
  • Set topics Concierge should handle or avoid.

Choose the handoff path

Pick where voice requests should go when a visitor needs a person. This can be email, SMS, Slack, Taskologic, or another connected destination.
