Custom Domains

Custom Domains lets Concierge Pages use a business-owned URL instead of only a Concierge subdomain.

Where to connect a domain

Open Site Settings, then go to Domains. This is where the Pages URL and custom domain state live.

Before sharing the domain

  1. Confirm Pages has been published.
  2. Add the custom domain in Site Settings.
  3. Follow the connection instructions shown there.
  4. Return to Concierge and check that the domain is ready.
  5. Open the business-owned URL in a browser before sending it to visitors.

When to use a custom domain

Use a custom domain when the Pages site is ready to be shared as the business's public home or campaign site.
