Queue vs destinations
The Conversation Queue is Concierge's source of truth. Slack, Taskologic, email, SMS, and webhooks are destinations that receive alerts or structured handoffs.
Destination types
- Slack: fast team alerts.
- Taskologic: native tasks and team-visible work tracking.
- Email: simple owner notifications.
- SMS: urgent owner or specialist pings.
- Webhook: custom workflow automation.
Recommended launch setup
Start with Taskologic plus Slack, or Slack alone if the team wants the simplest first launch. Add SMS only for urgent handoff paths.
