Use connected, tested, needs-work, and coverage states to decide whether the response path is ready for real visitors.

Destination types

Concierge supports email, Slack, Taskologic, webhooks, SMS, ticket APIs, Telegram, and managed channels when available.

Configure and test

  1. Name the connection.
  2. Add only the required destination details.
  3. Save it.
  4. Send a controlled test.
  5. Confirm the result in Delivery History.

Status labels

Configured means settings were saved. Connected means the route exists. Tested means a recorded delivery succeeded. Treat untested routes as incomplete.
