Integrations overview

Integrations connect Concierge to customer-authorized providers, while Actions describe what the visitor can accomplish with those connections.

Open the public Integrations directory to see the current availability, behavior, setup steps, and related Actions for every provider.

Read the availability label first

  • Available means the documented customer setup can be used now.
  • Verified link available means Concierge opens an owner-approved destination; it does not imply native OAuth or native transaction control.
  • Beta means implemented with rollout, account, or provider limits.
  • In development and Planned are not customer-connectable native providers.

Current provider inventory

  • CRM Webhook — Available: Send approved Concierge outcomes to secure CRM middleware.
  • Airtable — Available: Send approved contacts and inquiries to a restricted Airtable base.
  • Stripe — Native checkout beta: Create a controlled server-side Stripe Checkout session.
  • PayPal — Verified link available: Open an owner-verified PayPal payment destination.
  • Square — Verified link available: Open an owner-verified Square checkout destination.
  • Google Calendar — Verified link available: Use a verified Google Calendar appointment schedule.
  • Calendly — Verified link available: Open a verified Calendly scheduling page from Bookings.
  • Cal.com — Verified link available: Open a verified Cal.com scheduling page from Bookings.
  • YouTube — Built in: Play an approved YouTube video through the Videos action.
  • Vimeo — Built in: Play an approved Vimeo video through the Videos action.
  • Slack — Alerts available: Deliver selected Concierge alerts to a Slack destination.
  • Telegram — Alerts and replies available: Receive Telegram alerts and reply through the supported workflow.
  • Taskologic — Native two-way workflow: Work Concierge customer conversations in a project-aware inbox.
  • Google Search Console — Available: Bring verified search performance into Concierge Growth.
  • Google Ads — Limited beta: Review supported advertiser performance in Growth.
  • Google Business Profile — Provider access required: Compare approved business information with an accessible Google profile.
  • WordPress — Native app in development: Prepare a native WordPress installation and management path.

Connect a provider safely

  1. Open the site and choose Integrations.
  2. Select the provider and review the permissions or destination requirements.
  3. Authorize the business-owned account or save the verified public link.
  4. Run the connection test and review health.
  5. Choose Configure Concierge Action when the provider supports a customer action.

Keep credentials out of the website

OAuth tokens, API keys, Stripe configuration, signing secrets, and provider credentials belong only in authenticated Concierge setup or server-side middleware. Never paste them into Pages content, a widget attribute, browser JavaScript, or a public repository.

  • Use Routing for team delivery destinations.
  • Use Developers for server-to-server APIs, payment execution boundaries, and public runtime hooks.
