Common fixes for setup, Slack connection, preview, dashboard, and launch issues.

Failed to fetch

Refresh the page and try again. If it continues, send the site ID, page URL, and what you were doing to your Concierge administrator.

Platform Admin does not show

Platform Admin only appears for internal admin accounts. If you should have access, sign out, sign back in, and ask an existing admin to verify your account.

Preview feels generic

Return to Site Brain and edit the cards so Concierge has stronger business-specific language. The answer should sound like part of the company team.

Handoff did not arrive

Check the destination is enabled, the event type is selected, and the test alert passes. For Slack or webhooks, confirm the destination URL is still active.

Dashboard queue is empty

Confirm you are signed in as the owner of the selected site and that a visitor chat, specialist request, or test handoff has created a conversation record.
