Common fixes for setup, messages, preview, billing, and publishing issues.
Preview feels generic
Return to Site Brain and edit the cards so Concierge has stronger business-specific language.
A message did not arrive
Open Messages, check Delivery History, and send a test alert to the destination. If the destination still fails, reconnect it.
Concierge does not appear on the website
Publish the website after adding Concierge, open the public site in a private browser window, and rerun the install check.
A Pages link looks wrong
Open the Pages builder, review the page details, save the changes, and check the public link again.
Billing needs attention
Open Billing to review the plan, payment status, and invoices. Use Manage billing if card or invoice details need to change.
