Profile

Update the name, phone, and profile image associated with the signed-in Concierge account.

Owned sites

Review Agent and Pages sites attached to the account before removing a site or changing team ownership.

Delete account

The Danger Zone requires the exact account email. Deletion removes the login and active sessions. Sites without another active owner are deactivated and scheduled for deletion, and installed Agent scripts stop rendering.

If you cannot sign in, need visitor or conversation data removed, or need historical integration data deleted, use the public Data Deletion and Removal instructions. Email verification creates a private, trackable case.
