Connect
Connect Airtable
Connect one Concierge site to one Airtable base, choose the destination table, and verify a test record before going live.
Airtable is outbound-only today: Concierge can create or update Airtable records, but Airtable cannot send changes back into Concierge through this connector.
Create restricted Airtable access
- In Airtable, open Create personal access token.
- Name it so your team knows it belongs to Concierge and this environment.
- Grant data.records:read, data.records:write, and schema.bases:read.
- Under Access, choose only the base Concierge should use.
- Create the token and copy it. Keep it private.
Connect the base
- Open the site in Concierge, then open Integrations and Airtable.
- Choose Connect Airtable and paste the personal access token.
- Choose Find accessible bases.
- Select the Airtable base that should receive Concierge records.
- Add an optional connection label, then choose Connect selected base.
- Concierge stores the token securely and does not show it again.
Choose the table and map fields
- Open Field mapping and choose Discover objects.
- Select the destination Airtable table.
- Map Concierge contact, company, inquiry, and source fields to the correct Airtable columns.
- Choose at least one reliable identity field, usually email or phone.
- Activate the field mapping.
Create a rule and verify one record
- Open Sync rules and choose the Concierge events that should send to Airtable.
- Choose whether an existing identity is updated and whether a missing identity is created.
- Save and enable the rule.
- Open Test & health and run the health check.
- Send a test contact, then open Airtable and confirm the correct table and columns.
Fix common Airtable problems
- No bases found: give the token access to the intended base and include
schema.bases:read. - Table or columns missing: confirm the token still has base access, then discover the schema again.
- Write rejected: add
data.records:writeand confirm the mapped Airtable field is writable. - Duplicate records: choose a stronger email or phone identity mapping.
- Token changed: use Replace Airtable connection, then rerun health and test.
Pause, replace, or disconnect
Pause live delivery while fixing a mapping. Replace the connection when the token, base, or owner changes. Disconnect it when this Concierge site should no longer write to the base. Routing and Messages continue independently.
