Launch Concierge
After the Site Brain is approved and preview has been tested, add Concierge to the website and bring the guided assistance layer live for visitors.
Before launch
- The site is attached to the correct owner account.
- The crawl completed and Site Brain critical cards are approved or edited.
- Preview can answer common pricing, product, FAQ, and contact questions.
- At least one handoff destination is connected and tested.
- The owner can see conversations in the dashboard queue.
Copy the launch code
- Open Concierge and select the site.
- Go to Launch.
- Choose the accent color Concierge should use on the client site.
- Copy the launch code shown on the page.
- Keep the
siteIdexactly as shown.
Install the site agent
Concierge tries to detect the site platform during crawl, then the Launch page recommends the right install path for Next.js, React, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Framer, Wix, Squarespace, Google Tag Manager, or a standard HTML site.
Paste the launch code in the website's site-wide custom code, footer code, integrations, or tag manager area.
If the website asks where the code should load, choose before the closing body tag or footer.
Do not paste the code into a normal text block, blog post, page paragraph, or image section.
For Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or a tag manager, use the setting that loads custom code on every public page where Concierge should appear.
For Next.js, place the Concierge script in the root layout with next/script so it loads across the application.
Verify live behavior
- Open the public website in a private browser window.
- Use Verify install on the Launch page to confirm Concierge is present on the homepage.
- Confirm the Concierge launcher appears.
- Ask a real visitor question.
- Trigger a handoff and confirm the destination receives it.
- Open the Concierge dashboard and confirm the conversation appears in the queue.
