Pages
Launch Pages
Concierge Pages lets you publish a focused website with Concierge already included, then keep the experience safe while the Agent is still being approved.
Pages can go live in contact-only mode. The AI Agent should only invite open-ended questions after the Site Brain is approved and preview has been tested.
When to use Pages
- Use Pages when the business needs a clean public site quickly.
- Use Agent install when the business already has a website and only needs the live Concierge layer.
- Use both when Pages is the first public presence and the owner later connects a fuller website.
Setup flow
- Choose a starter template that best matches the business type.
- Add the business name, contact details, subdomain, and optional source website.
- Review the generated pages and edit the content that needs owner language.
- Preview the published experience before launch.
- Publish after the site reads clearly and the contact path is correct.
Contact-only safety
If the Agent is not approved, the published site should present clear contact actions instead of an empty AI experience. Visitors can still ask for help, but Concierge should route the request instead of pretending it has approved knowledge.
After publish
- Open the root subdomain and confirm the homepage loads.
- Open any missing route and confirm the branded 404 returns to the real homepage.
- Check footer social links, Open Graph metadata, and mobile navigation.
- Move to Site Brain and Preview before enabling richer Agent behavior.
