Site Brain

The Site Brain is the approved knowledge Concierge uses to answer visitors and decide when to route help.

Concierge should sound like part of the team. Edit cards that feel generic, vague, or too detached from the business.

What Concierge learns

  • Business summary and audience.
  • Products, services, and plan guidance.
  • Pricing signals and common buying questions.
  • FAQs, policies, contact paths, and support boundaries.
  • Tone, urgency, and when a human should join.

Review cards

Each card has a suggested value, confidence, and source pages. Approve strong cards, edit cards that need better language, and reject anything Concierge should not use.

Approval standard

  • Answers should be specific to the business, not generic.
  • Claims should be supported by source pages.
  • Plan recommendations should use the owner's framing.
  • Human handoff language should feel like the team, not an outside bot.

After approval

Move to Preview. Ask realistic visitor questions and return to Site Brain if the answer needs more context or a better voice.
