Review Site Brain

Site Brain is the approved knowledge Concierge uses to answer visitors and decide when a person should help.

Use Source Library when the public scan missed details. Concierge should only answer from information the business is comfortable using.

What Concierge learns

  • Business summary and audience.
  • Products, services, plans, and common questions.
  • Pricing signals, policies, and contact paths.
  • Tone, urgency, and when a person should join.
  • Owner-added details from pasted notes or uploaded source files.

Source Library

  • Public scan sources come from pages Concierge found on the website.
  • Owner-added sources come from details the business pasted or uploaded.
  • Long sources are shortened on the page so review stays clean, but the full source can be opened when needed.
  • Owner-added sources can be reviewed, edited, or removed before Concierge uses them.

Review cards

Approve strong cards, edit cards that need better language, and remove anything Concierge should not use.

When details are missing

Add services, pricing guidance, FAQs, policies, service areas, contact details, or escalation rules manually. You can also upload a PDF, TXT, or Markdown source so Concierge can prepare it for review.

What good looks like

  • Answers are specific to the business.
  • The wording feels clear and natural.
  • Important claims match what the site says.
  • Handoff language tells visitors what will happen next.

After review

Move to Agent Test Lab. Ask realistic visitor questions and return to Site Brain if an answer needs better context or a better voice.
