What good looks like

A strong answer is specific, source-backed, concise, and written as if Concierge is part of the company team. It should not say “contact their support page” when it should say “we can help you with that.”

Confidence and sources

Use confidence and source pages as a review signal. Low confidence answers should either be edited in Site Brain or routed to a human instead of overstating certainty.
