Contact-only mode keeps published Pages useful while Concierge answers are still being reviewed.

Use contact-only mode when the site is public but Concierge should not answer open-ended questions yet.

What visitors see

Visitors see focused contact, booking, or inquiry actions. Concierge can still capture intent and route the request to the team.

When to use it

  • Pages is published, but Site Brain is not reviewed yet.
  • The team wants a simple contact path first.
  • Preview still needs more testing before open-ended answers are shown.

Turning on richer answers

  1. Review Site Brain.
  2. Preview realistic visitor questions.
  3. Connect at least one message destination.
  4. Refresh or publish once the experience feels ready.
