Contact-only mode

Contact-only mode keeps published Pages useful when the Agent has not been approved yet.

Never show an open-ended assistant prompt if Concierge does not have approved knowledge for the site.

What visitors see

Visitors should see focused contact, booking, or inquiry actions. The experience can capture intent and route it to the owner, but it should not answer business-specific questions from an unapproved Site Brain.

Owner signals

  • Dashboard and setup should clearly say the site is published but Agent is not ready.
  • Preview should remain available for testing before approval.
  • The next action should point to Site Brain review, not another publish step.

Turning on Agent behavior

  1. Approve required Site Brain cards.
  2. Preview realistic visitor questions.
  3. Connect at least one destination for high-intent handoffs.
  4. Publish or refresh the site once Agent readiness is confirmed.
