  • You have a Concierge account for the site.
  • You can sign in to Taskologic.
  • You know which workspace should receive Concierge follow-up.

Connect the workspace

  1. In Concierge, open Messages or Handoffs for the site.
  2. Find the Taskologic destination.
  3. Choose the workspace in Taskologic.
  4. Return to Concierge and save the connection.

What Taskologic creates

Taskologic creates or reuses a Concierge Desk for follow-up from Concierge.

  • Concierge Desk: the shared place for Concierge follow-up.
  • Team updates: messages that help the team see what arrived.
  • Follow-up tasks: one task for each qualified handoff.

Send a test

  1. In Concierge, send a test alert to Taskologic.
  2. Open Taskologic and confirm the update appears.
  3. Confirm the task has enough visitor context for the team to act.
