Concierge + Taskologic
Native handoff workflow
Send qualified Concierge moments into a Taskologic workspace where the team can own follow-up without creating noisy projects for every visitor.
Native connection
Connect Taskologic
Connect Concierge to a Taskologic workspace so qualified visitor moments become trackable Concierge Desk tasks and team-visible chat updates.
Taskologic is the native work destination for Concierge. Slack and SMS are alerts; Taskologic is where handoffs can become owned follow-up.
Before you begin
- You have a Concierge owner account for the site you are launching.
- You can sign in to Taskologic and choose the workspace that should receive handoffs.
- A Concierge administrator has enabled the Taskologic connection for your account.
Connect the workspace
- In Concierge, open the site's Human handoff page.
- Find Create tasks in Taskologic.
- Choose Choose workspace in Taskologic.
- Taskologic opens a secure connection screen. Sign in or create a workspace if needed.
- Choose Use this workspace.
- Back in Concierge, confirm the card says Taskologic workspace selected.
- Choose Connect Taskologic.
What Taskologic creates
Taskologic creates or reuses a persistent Concierge Desk. It should not create a new project for every visitor handoff.
- Concierge Desk: a system project for Concierge-originated follow-up.
- concierge-desk: a project channel where the team sees handoff updates.
- Follow-up tasks: one task per received handoff, with source page and event context.
Verify the test
- In Concierge, choose Send test alert on the Taskologic destination.
- In Taskologic, open Chat and select concierge-desk.
- Confirm a new message appears with the handoff name, source page, and task ID.
- Open Projects, then Concierge Desk, and confirm the task appears.
- Send a second test and confirm Taskologic reuses the same Concierge Desk.
Before going live
- Send one test handoff from Concierge and confirm it lands in Taskologic.
- Confirm Taskologic created or reused the Concierge Desk.
- Open the concierge-desk channel and confirm the update is visible to the right team.
- Confirm the source page, task ID, and handoff type are clear.
- Decide who owns first response when a Concierge handoff appears.
