Acceptable Use Policy

Use Concierge lawfully and honestly

You may not use Concierge to violate law, another person's rights, a connected provider's rules, or the Terms of Service. Do not conceal who operates an Agent, misrepresent a business, create deceptive endorsements, impersonate another person, or use fabricated claims to influence a visitor.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or content that endangers a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate content, explicit sexual services, or unlawful adult content.
• Credible threats, incitement to violence, targeted harassment, hateful conduct, or extremist recruitment.
• Illegal goods or services, trafficking, evasion of sanctions, or instructions primarily designed to facilitate wrongdoing.
• Phishing, malware, credential theft, scams, deceptive impersonation, or fraudulent payment and investment activity.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
• Collection, inference, sale, or disclosure of personal information without appropriate authority, notice, or consent.

Messaging, marketing, and surveillance

Do not send spam, purchased-list outreach, or unlawful automated messages. You are responsible for consent, identification, opt-out, quiet-hour, telemarketing, and recordkeeping requirements for email, SMS, voice, push, and other channels. Do not use Concierge for covert surveillance, unauthorized biometric identification, stalking, or monitoring that a reasonable person would not expect.

High-risk and regulated uses

Do not allow AI to make final decisions about medical treatment, emergencies, legal rights, credit, insurance, employment, housing, education access, public benefits, child welfare, or other high-impact matters. Do not present AI output as professional advice or guarantee an outcome. Properly licensed or authorized people must handle regulated decisions and claims.

Security and platform integrity

• Do not probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, or access systems without written authorization.
• Do not bypass usage limits, authentication, rate limits, tenant boundaries, provider restrictions, or safety controls.
• Do not upload malware, overload the service, automate abusive requests, scrape restricted data, or use deceptive redirects.
• Do not expose credentials, tokens, private endpoints, or personal information in public sources, Pages, or integrations.

Good-faith vulnerability research must follow Security Reporting.

Hosted Pages, domains, and public Agents

Customers are responsible for published content, domains, links, forms, claims, and visitor flows. Concierge may use automated and human review to flag, block, unpublish, disable, or remove content or a domain when reasonably necessary to protect visitors, investigate a report, comply with law, or enforce this policy.

Enforcement and appeals

Depending on severity and history, we may warn the account, require changes, limit a feature, preserve evidence, suspend publishing, revoke an integration, or terminate access. Urgent safety, fraud, legal, or security risks may require action without advance notice. If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, reply to the notice or email support with the account, site, decision, and relevant evidence.

Report a concern

Use Report Abuse for a Concierge-hosted Page or Agent, Copyright and DMCA for copyright notices, or support@poweredbyconcierge.com for another policy concern.
