Concierge helps businesses publish hosted Pages and operate visitor-facing Agents. Customers are responsible for the content they create, publish, and route through Concierge.
Not Allowed
You may not use Concierge to publish, promote, or route content involving:
- explicit sexual content or sexual services
- child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors
- hate, harassment, or extremist activity
- violence, threats, or illegal goods and services
- phishing, scams, malware, credential theft, or impersonation
- regulated claims without proper authorization
- copyright-infringing material after valid notice
Hosted Pages
Concierge may scan Pages content before publishing, flag risky content for review, block publication, disable a hosted site, or remove a custom domain when needed to protect visitors and the platform.

If you believe a Concierge-hosted Page violates this policy, use the Report Abuse link on the Page or email us directly.
