We want Concierge to be usable by people with different abilities, devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.

Our standard
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing goal for Concierge-controlled interfaces. This is a continuing program, not a claim that every legacy, third-party, or customer-authored surface currently conforms in every respect.
Practices
- Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and accessible names.
- Keyboard operation, visible focus, predictable focus order, and focus management for overlays.
- Readable contrast, zoom and text resizing, reduced-motion support, and practical touch targets.
- Responsive layouts that avoid unintended horizontal page scrolling.
- Accessible loading, validation, error, permission, empty, and success communication.
Customer-authored and third-party content
Concierge customers control their own website content, source material, colors, media, Pages templates, connected destinations, and some Agent configuration. Third-party integrations and embedded experiences may have separate accessibility characteristics. We encourage customers to test their published experience and provide an alternate contact path.
Request help or report a barrier
Email support@poweredbyconcierge.com with the page or feature, the barrier, assistive technology if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to address the request.
Response
We review accessibility reports, prioritize barriers by severity and reach, and provide a reasonable alternate path where practical while remediation is underway.
