Copyright and DMCA

A focused process for reporting claimed copyright infringement and responding to a removal notice.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Use the correct channel. General policy, impersonation, fraud, safety, and non-copyright reports belong on Report Abuse. This page is only for copyright claims.

Copyright notice

Send a written notice to support@poweredbyconcierge.com that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
  3. The exact URL and enough information for us to locate the allegedly infringing material.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We may forward the notice to the affected customer, ask for missing information, disable access to material, or take other appropriate action. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. False or materially misleading claims may create liability, so consider fair use, license, and other lawful uses before sending a notice.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and acceptance of service from the original claimant or its agent.

Where the statutory process applies, we may restore the material after forwarding a valid counter-notice unless the claimant timely notifies us of a court action.

Important limitation

This email channel allows prompt operational intake. It does not represent that Testamplify LLC has made any filing, designation, or admission beyond what is expressly stated here, and it does not replace a legally required method of service.
