Launch limits
These are the intentional boundaries to remember while Concierge moves toward broader self-serve rollout.
Visitor access
Concierge should be launched first on approved customer sites. Broader public self-serve rollout needs additional abuse monitoring and traffic controls.
Crawling
The crawler is capped by configured page and timeout limits. It is designed for public same-site pages, not authenticated or private content.
Handoffs
Slack, Taskologic, email, SMS, and webhook delivery should be tested before launch. The Conversation Queue remains the source of truth if an alert destination is delayed.
Agent availability
Agent availability is currently a product signal, not a staffed workforce scheduler. Treat it as launch UI until live staffing rules are connected.
