Use this checklist to confirm the Concierge script works on a real external website before calling the launch complete.

Install code

  • Copy the exact launch code from the selected site.
  • Install it once, site-wide, before the closing body tag or in the platform's global footer code.
  • Do not place the script in rich text, a blog body, or a single hidden page.

Live checks

  1. Open the public site in a private window.
  2. Confirm the launcher appears and uses the configured accent color.
  3. Ask a realistic question and confirm the answer is grounded in approved knowledge.
  4. Trigger a contact or escalation request.
  5. Confirm the request appears in Concierge for the same selected site.

If the widget does not load

Confirm the frontend proxy URL is reachable, the site ID matches the owner site, browser extensions are not blocking the script, and the production domain is allowed by CORS.
